Ad blue, a liquid used in SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction Technology) technology to reduce nitrogen oxide pollution in diesel vehicle exhaust. Its composition is 32.5% high-purity urea and 67.5% deionized water. Diesel exhaust gas treatment fluid (commonly known as: automobile urea, vehicle urea, and automobile environmental urea) is a consumable product that must be used in SCR technology. The SCR system includes a urea tank (loaded with diesel exhaust fluid) and an SCR catalytic reaction tank. The operation process of the SCR system is: When it is found that there is nitrogen oxide in the exhaust pipe, the urea tank automatically ejects the diesel exhaust gas treatment liquid, and the diesel exhaust gas treatment liquid and the nitrogen oxides undergo an oxidation-reduction reaction in the SCR catalytic reaction tank, generating uncontaminated nitrogen and water vapor are exhausted. If the diesel engine exhaust fluid is not loaded, or the purity is not enough, or the quality is inferior, the vehicle engine will automatically decelerate. At the same time, the inferior quality of diesel exhaust fluid will pollute the catalyst in the SCR catalytic reaction tank, causing serious consequences. Deionized water plays a big role in this application; this deionized water is our main product: reverse osmosis equipment + EDI equipment; as shown below:
