After the RO process, the TDS can reach 20-40ppm or less. However, the quality of drinking water is accepted and recognized by International standards. RO system has two important concepts, one is the recovery rate and the other is the salt rejection rate. The recovery rate refers to the percentage of water in the RO membrane system which converted into water or permeates. We use the most advanced RO membrane technology and the recovery rate is approximately 45%-50%. The RO membrane system is designed based on the preset water inflow. Depending on the quality of water, the concentrate valve on the concentrated water line can be adjusted and set for recovery. The following flow chart provides the operation of the RO operation, a total of 3 steps which explained below:
Step 1: Prepare the machine before running then the RO system is connected to the raw water pipe to transport the water to the machine and connect the local power supply on the machine to install PP filter elements on the precision filter and RO membrane to the RO membrane housing. Finally, pure water is to prepare to store in a water tank.
Step 2: Supervision work in machine operation.
In operation: After completing the above preparations, you can press the start button. During normal operation, the wastewater valve can adjust the recovery rate to achieve the desired water quality. After the processing of water production should check the TDS value from the control panel.
Step 3: Document recording after the machine is running.
After running: Record the running water production, operating pressure, and water quality. Meanwhile, the specific data will be shown in the flow meter, pressure gauge, and conductivity controller.
